Working GroupWithin the context of the overall project, Phase TWO is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current system in order to inform decisions relating to service realignments and improvements. Representation is being sought from a wide range of services, and includes service users, advocates and community groups to provide first hand information and experience on aspects of the system that are working well and on areas that requires quality improvements. The views and cultural needs of consumers, families and carers are taken into account in the operation and evaluation of services. This Working Group is set up for Phase Two only.
